We are thrilled to announce that Show-Me Women Paddlers has been awarded the L.L. Bean Club-Fostered Community Grant through the American Canoe Association! 🎉 This grant will help us expand our mission of empowering women through paddling by providing resources for safety training, group excursions, and outreach efforts to make paddling more accessible.

This funding is a major step in strengthening our paddling community and ensuring that women of all skill levels feel confident and connected on the water. We are grateful to L.L. Bean and the American Canoe Association for recognizing our group's impact and supporting our growth.

Show-Me Women Paddlers has been recognized by the American Canoe Associstion as one of the top Paddle America Clubs for providing beginner paddler education!

Thank you to everyone who joined us in our FIRST year of operation for our classes and our fun paddles! We wouldn't be a club without you! We're looking forward to getting back on the water in 2025, but in the meantime keep your eyes open for announcements regarding First Aid/CPR training and an educational session on aquatic nuisance species!
